ТОО «Научно-технический Центр Новые Проекты» вошло в состав Технического комитета по стандартизации "Интеллектуальные транспортные системы ITS" на основании Приказа Председателя Комитета технического регулирования и метрологии МИР РК. Задачей Технического комитета является создание совокупной системы, объединяющей организацию дорожного движения, обеспечение безопасности дорожного движения, а также предоставление информационного сервиса для участников дорожного движения и потенциальных субъектов транспортного процесса.

ТОО «Научно-технический Центр Новые Проекты» приняло участие в VI Международном Инвестиционном Форуме, который проходил в г.Астана с 28 по 30 октября 2015г.
Наша компания выступает проектировщиком комплекса системы ITS – «Новая транспортная система города Астаны». Целью проекта является создание эффективной системы управления дорожным движением, гармонично развивающейся и интегрированной с транспортным комплексом города Астаны.

ITS обеспечит включение в единую систему проектируемых и всех существующих автоматизированных средств регулирования дорожного движения в городе Астане.
В рамках реализации указанного проекта, на выставке были продемонстрированы технические решения ведущих мировых производителей в области дорожного движения - SWARCO MIZAR, AEP, FLIR и AESYS.

General problems of modern video surveillance systems

As rule, an operator of video surveillance systems during one shift can effectively perform visual supervise using 4-6 video cameras simultaneously.

If an operator uses a lot cameras, the efficiency of his work is rapidly decreased and operator misses important moments and events required to process. Investments in video surveillance system become ineffective.


The way of solution

To implement firmware with intellectual functions, which allows to decrease the number of video surveillance operators.

The using of intellectual functions of video surveillance system allows to create standard video surveillance system in powerful tool, which performs automatic analyze all data delivered from video cameras.

Intellectual technology

Intellectual technology allows to track moving objects, analyze its motion path, suspicious behavior, automatically register potential dangerous objects.

In additional, the intellectual video surveillance system is able to automatically capture and recognize of vehicles number plates as well as capture of driving offences without stopping vehicle. System automatically registers and informs operator about any nonstandard events on the roads such as traffic accidents, traffic jams etc.

In the case of fixation, actions of operator is aimed to just process event which was fixed by intellectual video surveillance system. Operator needn't perform constant visual supervise of many cameras simultaneously. Also it facilitates increasing of "human factor".
